N.E. to stop through traffic on Rankin <br /> Road. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Reservations for the downtown development seminar will be placed <br /> with Carol Johnson .before May lst. <br /> Larry Hamer indicated the reports on the April 9th meeting of the <br /> Metropolitan Waste Control Commission- and the Solid Waste Master <br /> Plan are available at the City Hall. <br /> Complaints received from a resident regarding harassment by a noisy <br /> driver in the Roosevelt Court and 33rd Avenue N.E. neighborhood <br /> were compared by the Counciland staff as well as .the complainant's <br /> refusal to sign .a formal .complaint. Mr. Hamer said there have been , <br /> two tickets forspeeding already issued to the driver and he was <br /> requested to refer the matter. back to the Police Department to <br /> patrol the area more closely. _ <br />
