CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> • July 28 , 1981 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor Haik at 7 :30 P.M. <br /> Present for roll call: Marks , Sundland, Haik, Ranallo and Letourneau. <br /> Also present: Larry Hamer, .Acting City Manager; Ron Berg, Administra- <br /> tive Assistant; and William Soth, City Attorney. <br /> Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Letourneau <br /> to approve as submitted the minutes for the Council meeting held <br /> July 14 , 1981. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Questions raised regarding the -City' s audit were accepted as agenda <br /> addendum under No. 14d. <br /> Dick Enrooth reported actions taken and recommendations to the Council <br /> made by the Planning Commission during - their July 21st meeting as <br /> reflected in the minutes of that meeting. <br /> New information regarding the . ownership of the property at 3301 <br /> ' Stinson Boulevard prompted the following: <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Sundland to <br /> table action on the request for rezoning from C, commercial, to <br /> R-2 , two family residential, the former Clark station property, <br /> until the. sale of that property has been verified. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Enrooth .read the conditions under which the Planning Commission <br /> had recommended approval of the two ground-lit monument signs <br /> requested for -the new Hub Manufacturing Co. building being constructed <br /> on Anthony Lane in the St. Anthony Office - Park by Watson- and Forsberg, <br /> general contractors. Mr. Berg showed the plans for the proposed <br /> signage. Mr. John Forsberg was present, but did not speak and there <br /> was no further input from .anyone in the audience. <br /> Motion by .Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Letourneau <br /> to accept the recommendation of approval from the Planning Commission <br /> for the signage as presented for the Hub Manufacturing Company <br /> building at 2825-27 South Anthony Lane. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The minutes on the consideration of the feasibility. of constructing <br /> a single family residence onthe substandard, but platted, 50 foot <br /> lot, owned by John and Vivian Domalik, were clarified to indicate the <br /> vacant lot .address is 3224 Stinson Boulevard N.E. , and the Domaliks <br /> live in the double bungalow to the north, at 3226 Stinson.
