The firm owner then requested his firm be <br /> permitted to continue using the trailer office structure they have <br /> housed employees in for the past two years , at least until the <br /> construction of the shop addition is completed. Robert Rivard, petitioners for a two foot variance to <br /> IF-he City Zoning Ordinance sideyard setback requirements for a single <br /> family residence were present to discuss their proposed construction <br /> of a home on the 50 feet by 150 feet lot at 3224 Roosevelt Street N.E. , <br /> which they have an option to purchase from Mr. and Mrs . John Domalik <br /> who live just -west of the site at 3226 Roosevelt. Mr. and Mrs . <br /> Domalik were also present and indicated they had no objections to <br /> the plan as they had indicated on the statement signed by six other <br /> adjoining property owners that they "have no objections to the <br /> construction of a family home on the lot at 3224 Roosevelt Street <br /> N.E. as shown on the sketch (presented at the .January 16th Commission <br /> meeting) " . Mr. Berg added that Mr. Pribula who owns the.-vacant <br /> lot of the same size across the street at 3227 Roosevelt, had attended <br /> • the hearing and indicated he was in favor of the construction. <br /> Councilman Ranallo stated he could see no increase in value for <br /> the Rivards if the variance is granted. <br />
