City Attorney. <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks- and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to approve <br /> as submitted the minutes for the Council work session held February 18 , <br /> 1982 and the .regular Council meeting held .March 9 , 1982 . <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and .seconded by Councilman Letourneau to <br /> grant all licenses listed in the March. 23, 1982. Council agenda. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Councilman Letourneau. wanted verification that the person who applied <br /> for a temporary beer license is of age . <br /> Motion by Mayor Sundland- and- seconded by Councilman Letourneau to grant <br /> the request from Gloria..Alvarez , 3204 .- ,31st Avenue .N.E. , that her <br /> group .be permitted to serve 3.. 2 beer during Elsie ' s Softball Tourna- <br /> ment to be held -in, Central-, Park from 9 :.00. A.M. ' to 6 :00. P.M. , April 24 <br /> and 24 , 1982 ,* subject to verification .of'. the applicant's age. <br /> Voting on the motion.: <br /> Aye: Sundland, Letourneau, and Enrooth. <br /> Nay : Marks . <br /> Motion carried. <br /> During the consideration * of the.. claims.- listed- in .the. Council agenda, <br /> the Manager confirmed the statement from Short-Elliott-Hendrickson , Inc. <br /> had been revised at City request and verified by the Public Works <br /> Director. <br /> Motion .by Councilman ' Marks and seconded by Councilman .Letourneau to <br /> approve payments of all verified claims listed-. in the March 23 , ,1982 <br /> Council agenda as well as $2 ,623 ..75.: to..be paid to the 'Dorsey firm for <br /> • legal services during December, 1981, and $22 ,285. 07. to. Short-Elliott- <br /> Hendrickson, . Inc. for engineering services on the. Anthony. Lane project <br /> from July 19 .through November -20 , 1981. <br /> Motion carried unanimously . <br />
