CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> February 22 , 1983 <br /> Mayor Sundland opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance at <br /> 7: 30 P.M. <br /> Present for roll call: Enrooth, Letourneau, Sundland, Ranallo, and <br /> Marks. <br /> Also present: David Childs , City Manager; and William Soth, City <br /> Attorney. <br /> Motion by Councilman Letourneau and seconded by Councilman Marks to <br /> approve as submitted the minutes for the February 8, 1983 Council <br /> meeting. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The Manager requested the application for amusement devices permits <br /> for the St. Anthony Fun Center be taken from the Council agenda list- <br /> ing to be placed on the March lst agenda. <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to <br /> grant the licenses listed in the February 22nd Council agenda as <br /> follows : <br /> A club on-sale liquor license - St. Anthony American Legion Post #513 <br /> Service Station license - Don' s Apache Auto Wash; St. Anthony Standard; <br /> and Dick' s Standard <br /> Cigarette license - Smoking Section of Apache Plaza Mall <br /> Rubbish removal license - Keith Krupenny & Son Disposal and Walter ' s <br /> Disposal. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Mayor Sundland to approve <br /> payment of all verified claims for January 31, 1983 as listed in the <br /> February 22 , 1983 Council agenda. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Childs reiterated the point made by the Finance Director in her <br /> February 14th memorandum that the 1983 payment to the City 's Fire <br /> Relief Association would be well below the amount budgeted this year. <br /> Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Letourneau to <br /> approve payment of $5 ,463 for the City ' s contribution to the St. <br /> Anthony Fire Relief Association. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to <br /> approve payments of $3,617 and $2 ,172 to Dorsey and Whitney for legal <br /> services during November and December, 1982. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br />
