The Haik firm' s distance from the City was the reason <br /> the Mayor gave forrating that firm last.. <br /> The Hance firm was rated first by Councilman Letourneau for the same <br /> reasons cited by the Mayor, with the Haik firm second, and Johnson <br /> & Doran third. <br /> Councilman Enrooth indicated he would also be interested- in retaining <br /> the firm which would be the most accessible to the Police Department <br /> and said he was also very impressed with Mr. Hance 's promise to provide <br /> close supervision over any of the cases handled for the City because <br /> he saw the attorney ' s trial experience as a plus . He rated the Haik <br /> firm second and the Johnson firm third. <br /> When the ratings were tabulated, the Hance firm was first with the <br /> other two firms tied for second place. <br /> Motion by Mayor Sundland and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to adopt <br /> the resolution which designates Edward J.
