-4- <br /> Before a vote was taken on the adoption of the Cable T.V. Ordinance <br /> Amendment, the problems experienced with the cable firm for providing <br /> cable service to businesses and schools were explored with Councilman <br /> Marks reporting an apparent unwillingness on the part of Group -W to <br /> provide the type of service for his firm which had been -agreed to when <br /> the cable firm had been selected as the provider for the northern <br /> suburban municipalities. The Councilman said he had since found out <br /> that the City 's representative on the Cable Communications Committee <br /> had several similar experiences. with the cable firmdragging its feet <br /> in providing the agreed to services , - and there was general agreement <br /> that Al Kaeding should be requested to appear before the Council re- <br /> garding the matter before the Cable Ordinance was passed. <br /> Motion by Councilman Letourneau and seconded .by Councilman Marks to <br /> table action on Ordinance 1.983-003- until after the meeting .with the <br /> City 's representative . to the North Suburban Cable T.V. Communications <br /> Commission had been held. <br /> ORDINANCE 1983003 <br /> AN ORDINANCE .AMENDING ORDINANCE 1982-009 <br /> KNOWN AS THE CABLE COMMUNICATIONS ORDINANCE <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Margaret W..
