ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> August 9 , 1983 <br /> The meeting was openedlat 7: 30 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance led <br /> by Mayor Sundland. <br /> Present for roll call : Ranallo, Sundland, and Letourneau. <br /> Absent: Marks and Enrooth. <br /> Also present: David Childs , City Manager. <br /> Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Letourneau to <br /> approve as submitted the minutes for the. Council meeting held July <br /> 26 , 1983. <br /> Motion carried unanimously . <br /> The clean-up deposit fee for the 49 'ers softball tournament had been <br /> paid for only one of the dates specified for that event and the Manager <br /> indicated he would take the steps necessary to assure a satisfactory <br /> clean up. <br /> • Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Mayor Sundland to grant <br /> the following licenses and permits as listed in the August 9 , 1983 <br /> Council agenda: <br /> Heating licenses - Cronstroms Heating and Air Conditioning. <br /> Riccar Heating and Air Conditioning. <br /> Cigarette and juke box licenses - The Alternative, Robert Slick, owner . <br /> Temporary 3. 2 beer licenses - (consumption, not sale) Carole Fierke, <br /> 2829 Anthony Lane South, for Local #49 <br /> softball game and picnic to be held at <br /> Silver Point 'Park from 5 : 30 P.M. until <br /> dusk, August 10 and-29 , 1983. <br /> Barb Wood-Hill, 3004 - 31st Avenue N.E. , <br /> for use of Central Park and pavillion <br /> for softball from 3 :00 P.M. until dark, <br /> August 26 , 1983 . <br /> Temporary 3. 2 beer license - St. Charles Women's Club for annual steak <br /> fry to be held on church property at <br /> 2420 St. Anthony Boulevard the evening <br /> of September 9 , 1983, and waiving the <br /> fees . <br /> Motion carried unanimously . <br />
