CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> October 25 , 1983 <br /> The meeting was opened at 7: 30 P.M. with the Pledge of . Allegiance led <br /> by Mayor Sundland. <br /> Present for roll call : Marks, Sundland, and Enrooth. <br /> Absent: Ranallo and Letourneau. <br /> Also present: David Childs , City Manager. <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to <br /> approve as submitted the minutes of the Council meeting held October <br /> 11, 1983. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Enrooth and seconded by Mayor Sundland to grant <br /> a temporary 3 . 2 beer permit for the annual St. .Charles Borromeo Church <br /> Mardi Gras to be held March 3 and 4 , 1984 , in the school building at <br /> 2727 Stinson Boulevard, and to waive the fees for the permit. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> • Motion by Councilman .Marks and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to grant <br /> the following licenses . as they were listed in the October 25 , 1983 <br /> Council agenda. <br /> Amusement devices 1 to National Amusement Co. for -Snyder Bros . , <br /> 2915 Pentagon Drive . <br /> 3 to Perry Amusement Co. , for Apache Plaza. <br /> Starting and Towing Dick' s Standard, 3700 Silver Lake Road. <br /> Heating Owens Services Corp. ,. 930 East 8th Street, <br /> Minneapolis . <br /> Motion carried unanimously . <br /> Councilman Letourneau arrived at -7 : 36 P.M. , prior to the following <br /> motion: <br /> Motion by .Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to <br /> approve payments of $7, 936 , $284, and $1, 373 to Midwest Area, Inc. , for <br /> their June 1982 to June 1983 audits of the City ' s insurance coverage <br /> for workers compensation, auto use, and institutional policies, <br /> respectively; $1, 680 and $6,990 to Adcon, Inc. , for (1) removal and <br /> replacement of sidewalk panels along St. Anthony Boulevard, and (2) <br /> • installation of - sidewalk pedestrian ramps along that street and at <br /> other locations in the City respectively; and $1 , 511. 25 to Edward J. <br /> Hance for prosecutions during September, 1983 . <br /> Motion carried unanimously . <br />
