• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY COUNCIL MINUTES March 13 , 1984 The meeting was opened at 7 : 30 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance led by .Mayor Sundland. Present for roll call : Marks , Ranallo, Sundland, Enrooth and Makowske. Also present: David Childs , City Manager; Carol Johnson, Finance Director; Larry Hamer, Public Works Director; and Lee Entner, Fire Chief. The following changes were made in the February 28th .Council minutes : Page 4, para. 11 : Insert following "property" in the last line : "Councilman Makowske questioned Bill Soth regarding the possibility of a second Torrance division of property after completion of the first division. He indicated that it would be possible to proceed in that manner. " Page 5 , , para. 5 : Amend "Motion carried unanimously" to indicate Councilman Makowske voted "Nay" and the motion • carried 4 to 1. Page 9 , para. 1 : Substitute "Marks" for "Ranallo" in line 2 . Motion by Councilman Makowske and seconded by Councilman Marks to approve as amended the minutes of the Council meeting held February 28, 1984 . Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to grant cigarette licenses to: Minneapolis Bowl-O-Mat, Inc. , Apache; Dave ' s St. Anthony mobil,, 2615 Highway 88; Slick ' s Alternative, 2533 Harding Street N.E. ; Country Club Market, Apache; The Smoking Section, ,Apache; Olson's Superette, Inc. , 3005 - 37th Avenue N.E. ; City of Minneapolis Park & Recreation, Gross Golf Course; St. Anthony American Legion Post ;:>513 (2) , 2701 Kenzie Terrace; St. Anthony Lanes , Inc. , 2654 Kenzie Terrace. Motion carried unanimously. • Motion by Councilman_ Marks and seconded by Councilman Makowske to grant a rubbish license to: Keith Krupenny & Sons Disposal, 1214 Hall Avenue, St. Paul; Woodlake Sanitary, Inc. ; Waste Management, Blaine.
