Dorumsgaard <br /> and his client was now requesting the Council to permit the subdivid- <br /> ing at his property without platting into three parcels with lines <br /> redrawn in such a manner as to result in two single family residential <br /> lots and permit the smaller parcel to be transferred to Mrs . Dorumsgaard. <br /> The Manager said he had consulted the City Attorney who had recommended <br /> the conditions under which the subdivision should be permitted. <br />
