Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to renew the wine license for Vincenzo' s , Inc. , 2529 Harding Street N.E. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded .by Councilman Ranallo to approve payment of all verified claims for January 31, 198.4 and March 13, 1984 , as listed in the March 13, 1984 Council agenda, with the exception of Vendor # 6318 for $ _603 for` which the r4anager will furnish - - information,_-at .the next Council ripet ng _ - Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Makowske to reimburse $5 ,006 to School District #282 from CDBG funds representing $4 , 560 for the senior program and $446 as partial cost. of the senior citizens ' coordinator and the -Latch Key program operated by the Community Services . Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by. Mayor Sundland to approve payment of $9., 000 to School District #282 for the City's use of the Parkview facilities during January, February, and March, 1984 . Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Ranallo to approve payments of $1, 505. 40 and $1, 506. 14 to Edward J. Hance for prosecutions during January and February, 1984 . Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman. Enrooth to approve payment of $1, 370 to Dorsey. & Whitney for legal services during January , 1984. Carried unanimously. Mr. Childs reported Robert Halva, the Walbon counsel, had called him that afternoon and indicated the 469 . 29 square foot triangular shaped parcel of land which lay in front of Violet' Dorum�_gaa.rd_ ' s pip-ture s window at 3612 - 33rd Avenue N.E. had' been old to Mrs . Dorumsgaard and his client was now requesting the Council to permit the subdivid- ing at his property without platting into three parcels with lines redrawn in such a manner as to result in two single family residential lots and permit the smaller parcel to be transferred to Mrs . Dorumsgaard. The Manager said he had consulted the City Attorney who had recommended the conditions under which the subdivision should be permitted.
