ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> May 22, 1984 <br /> The meeting was opened at 7: 30 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance led <br /> by Mayor Sundland. <br /> Present for roll call: Marks, Ranallo, Sundland, Enrooth and Makowske. <br /> Also present: David Childs , City Manager; and William Soth, City <br /> Attorney. <br /> Motion by Councilman Makowske and seconded by Councilman Marks to <br /> approve as submitted the minutes for the Council meeting held May 8, <br /> 1984 . <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman P4akowske. and seconded by -Coincilman Enrooth to <br /> grant contractors ' licenses to the following: <br /> Ed Helseth Contractors, South St. Paul <br /> DeRauf Construction Co. , Minneapolis <br /> Gurtek Construction, Inc. , New Brighton <br /> Sunformations, Inc. , St. Paul <br /> Suburban Lighting, Inc. , Stillwater <br /> • Cy' s Building & Remodeling, Maple Grove <br /> Freeburg Construction, Minneapolis <br /> Joe Nelson Stucco Co. , Inc. , Coon Rapids <br /> Steve Kroiss & Sons , Shoreview <br /> Nick M. Contracting, Inc. , Minneapolis <br /> Anthony Lesnar & Elmer Palen, Oakdale <br /> Motion carried unanimounsly. <br /> Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to <br /> grant a temporary 3 .2 beer permit to Patricia Fagerlee, 3407 Croft <br /> Drive, for the consumption, but not sale, of beer during a family <br /> picnic to be held in Central Park from 10 : 00 A.M. to 6 : 00 P.M. , <br /> June 2 , 1984. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Ranallo, Enrooth', Sundland, and Makowske. <br /> • Nay: Marks . <br /> Motion carried. <br />
