Topics <br /> which were also covered were the anticipated requirement for setting <br /> the criteria for comparable work values and the provision in the 1984 <br /> budget for salary increases negotiated this year with the liquor as <br /> well as public works and fire department employees . Councilman Ranallo <br /> indicated the former would be addressed at the League of Minnesota <br /> Cities conference in Duluththat week and the Manager said the Metro <br /> Area Managers Association had agreed to bid on a proposal for a study <br /> to establish a common denominator on which the criteria for comparable <br /> work values might be set for all the cities involved. <br /> Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Mayor Sundland to adopt <br /> Resolution 84-031 <br /> RESOLUTION 84-031- <br /> A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE- 1984 AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY AND AFSCME -LOCAL 57, REPRESENTING THE <br /> ST.
