CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> July 10 , 1984 <br /> The meeting was opened at 7: 30 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance led <br /> by Mayor Sundland. <br /> Present for roll call: Marks, Sundland, Enrooth, and Makowske. <br /> Absent: Ranallo. <br /> Also present: David Childs , City Manager; and William Soth, City <br /> Attorney. <br /> The following changes were made to the June 26th minutes : <br /> Page 3, para. 5 : Insert "with regard to the water hookup with Rose- <br /> ville" after "Agency" in line 2 . <br /> Page 7, para. 4 : Substitute "month" for "year" in line 3. <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Makowske to <br /> approve as amended the minutes of the Council meeting held June 26 , <br /> 1984 . <br /> • Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Makowske and seconded by Councilman Marks to <br /> approve the following licenses as listed in the June 10 , 1984 Council <br /> agenda: <br /> Heating Licenses <br /> Royalton Heating and Air Conditioning; <br /> Yale , Incorporated; <br /> Centraire, Inc. ; <br /> Noel's Heating and Air, Inc. ; and <br /> All Season Comfort, Inc. <br /> Contractors Licenses <br /> Lida Construction, Inc. , Anoka; <br /> Petra/Tri County , Inc. , Bethel; <br /> T. C. Builders , Inc. , St. Paul; <br /> Jer-den Builders , Inc. , St.! Paul; <br /> Allweather Roof Company, St. Paul; <br /> Thyen Construction, Inc.. ,. New Brighton; <br /> Hill Balster, Maple Grove; and <br /> Century Fence, Forest Lake. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> • Motion by Councilman Enrooth and seconded by Mayor Sundland to grant <br /> temporary 3 ..2 beer permits , for consumption, not sale , of beer to <br /> William Myers of the St. Anthony Fire Department for an invitational <br /> Public Safety softball tournament to raise funds for the Fire <br />
