ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> August 27, 1984 <br /> The budget work session was called to order at 7:05 P.M. <br /> Present: Sundland, Marks, .Ranallo, Enrooth, Makowske (.arrived at 7:30 P.M. ) . <br /> Also present: David Childs, City Manager; Carol Johnson, Finance Director; <br /> Don Hickerson, Police Chief; Larry Hamer, Public Works <br /> Director. <br /> Police Chief Hickerson gave a slide presentation regarding standards <br /> established for determining the number of police officers needed for <br /> different levels of patrol coverage. <br /> • Following the discussion on the police budget, Larry Hamer, Public Works <br /> Director, presented that department's budget, including public works, <br /> parks, sewer, water, and inspections. <br /> The budget work session was adjourned at 10:00 P.M. <br /> cjk <br />
