CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> September 25, 1984 <br /> The meeting was opened at 7:30 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance led by the Mayor. <br /> Present for roll call : Marks, Ranallo, Sundland, Enrooth, and Makowske. <br /> Also present: David Childs, City Manager. <br /> Motion by Councilman Makowske and seconded by Councilman Marks to approve as <br /> presented the minutes of the Council meeting held September 11 , 1984. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Makowske and seconded by Councilman Marks to grant the fol- <br /> lowing licenses as listed in the September 25., 1984 Council agenda: <br /> Heating Licenses. <br /> Neil Heating & Air Conditioning <br /> Motor Vehicle Starting Licenses <br /> Apache Mobile Service <br /> Contractors Licenses <br /> Eugene Posthumus Construction, Inc. , Brooklyn Park; <br /> Horizon Development Co. , Roseville; <br /> Berg Remodelers, White Bear Lake; <br /> Hage Construction Company, Edina; <br /> Mastercraft Construction Corporation, St. Louis Park; <br /> R. C. Witt Construction, Roseville; and <br /> Gawel & Knaeble Contractors, Inc. , Minneapolis. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to approve payment <br /> of all verified claims listed for September 25, 1984 in the Council agenda of the <br /> same date. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to approve payment <br /> of $1 ,536 to Edward J. Hance for St. Anthony prosecutions from August 2 through <br /> September 5, 1984. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> • Ron Hansen of the Planning Commission was present to report that body's recom- <br /> mendations on requests which had come before the..Commission during their <br /> September 18, 1984 meeting, as reflected in the' mi-nutes of that meeting. <br />
