• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY COUNCIL MINUTES February 12, 1985 The meeting was opened at 7:30 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance led by .Mayor Sundland. Present for roll call : Sundland, Marks, and Ranallo. Absent: Makowske and Enrooth (arrived at 7:32 P.M. ) Also present: David Childs, City Manager. The following changes were made in the January 22nd-Council minutes: Page 5, para. 5: Correct spelling of "overreaction" in- line`..3. Page 6, para. 3 & 4: "National League of Cities" shoul-d have been "League of Minnesota Cities": Councilman Ranallo was requested to serve on the Human Development "Steering" Committee but when he perceived there would be so many out-of-state meetings involved, he requested that he serve instead on the Human Development "Policy" Committee. "Policy" should therefore be substituted for "Steering" in the motion in para. 4. • Page 6, para. 8: Insert "in St. Anthony" at the end of line 2. Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Ranallo to approve as amended the minutes of the Council meeting held January 22, 1985. Motion carried unanimously. The Manager requested that the Multiple Housing Registration proposed in the Council agenda listing be tabled because staffwants to check out a resident complaint before requesting approval of the Kridle/Johnson apartments at 3004 Highway 8. Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to grant the following licenses as they are listed in the February 12, 1985 Council agenda: Contractors Thermo Home, Inc. , Minneapolis, and Calamity J. Contracting, Inc. , Minneapolis. Vending Machine Apache Plaza Ltd. , for a Xerox machine, and St. Anthony Self-Service Laundry for laundry machines. Service Station • Dave's St. Anthony Mobil , 2615 Highway 88. Motion carried unanimously.
