ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> • February 2.6, 1985 <br /> The meeting was opened at 7:30 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> Sundland. <br /> Present for roll call : Sundland, Marks, Ranallo, Enrooth, and Makowske. <br /> Also present: David Childs, City Manager; and William Soth, City Attorney. <br /> The following changes were made in the February 12th Council minutes: <br /> Page l ,. para. 3: Insert "both" before "arrived". <br /> Page 5, para. 6: Substitute "procedure relative to the purchase of" for "failure to <br /> purchase" in last line. <br /> Motion by Councilman Makowske and seconded by Councilman Marks to approve as amended <br /> the minutes of the Council meeting held February 12, 1985. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to grant the following <br /> licenses as listed in the February 26, 1985 Council agenda: <br /> Heating <br /> Total Energy Heating & Cooling <br /> Off Sale 3.2 Beer and Cigarette <br /> Country Club Markets, Inc. <br /> Town & Country Foods <br /> Red Owl Stores, Inc. <br /> Contractors <br /> Milton L.
