CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> July 23, 1985 <br /> The meeting opened at 7:30 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> Sundland. <br /> Present for roll call : Marks, Ranallo, Sundland, Enrooth, and Makowske. <br /> Also present: David Childs, City Manager; and Steve Carlson, Administrative Intern. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Makowske and seconded by Mayor Sundland to -approve the <br /> minutes of the July 9, 1985 Council meeting with the following amendments: <br /> . Page 1 , para. 4: Insert "by the Council " between "congratulated and "for" in <br /> line 1 . <br /> Page 4, para. 7: Substitute "He said he was certain the Police Department had <br /> approved the solicitation but was not sure they had actually <br /> seen the literature itself" for the last sentence in the paragraph. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Marks and seconded by Councilmember Enrooth to grant all the <br /> following licenses as listed in the July 23, 1985 Council agenda packet: <br /> • LAUNDRY VENDING <br /> Manor Wash "n" Dry, Apache Plaza <br /> HEATING <br /> Krinkie Heating & Air Conditioning <br /> Noel 's Heating & Air Conditioning <br /> Air Comfort, Inc. <br /> Neil Heating & Air Conditioning <br /> Blaine Heating & Air Conditioning <br /> Hayes Contractors <br /> CONTRACTORS <br /> Duffy Construction Co. , Overland Park, Kansas <br /> Hogar Construction, New Brighton <br /> Tamarac Homes and Design, Inc. , Arden Hills <br /> Valley Investments Construction, Eagan <br /> Franzen Construction Co. , Columbia Heights <br /> D & K Carpentry, South St. Paul <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> • The request for a temporary 3.2 beer permit for the City Firefighters' 'August 10th <br /> softball tournament had been distributed prior to the meeting and accepted as an <br /> agenda addendum for the following: <br />
