ANTHONY AND THE <br /> INTERNATIONAL UNION OF OPERATING ENGINEERSV' LOCAL 49 <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The Mayor gave the background of the formation of the Coalition of Metropolitan <br /> Communities representing northern community leaders who questioned the exemption <br /> of the proposed Bloomington Mall revenues from the state's fiscal disparities <br /> regulations and continuation of the unequal concentration of available highway <br /> and economic development funds to the southern sections of the metropolitan area <br /> for the project.
