Motion by Councilmember Marks and seconded by' Councilmember- Ranallo to change <br /> • 3.212 Croft Drive N.E. from. non-homestead to homestead because of a paperwork <br /> oversight when ownership was transferred in January. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 2. Motion by Councilmember Marks and seconded by Councilmember Makowske not to <br /> change the 'valu'ation of Naomi Bakke, 2616 - 31st Avenue N.E: , based on her <br /> decision not to request reevaluation by the County Assessor.
