CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> • August 12, 1986 <br /> The meeting was opened at 7:30 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Pro <br /> Tem Ranallo. <br /> Present for roll call : Marks, Ranallo, Enrooth, and Makowske. <br /> Absent: Sundland. <br /> Also present: David Childs, City Manager. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Makowske and seconded by Councilmember Marks to approve the <br /> minutes of the Council meeting held July 22, 1986, with the following changes: <br /> Page 6,. para. 4: Substitute "Replatting the property to resite" for "In siting" in <br /> Finding #1 . <br /> Page 8, para. 5: Substitute "median" for "media" in line 5. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Enrooth and seconded by Councilmember Makowske to grant the <br /> following licenses as listed in the August 12, 1986 Council agenda packet: <br /> Heating <br /> • Kumar Mechanical <br /> Fred Vogt & Company <br /> Cigarette <br /> Mr. Hobo Restuarant <br /> Contractors <br /> D & D Improvement, Fridley <br /> R. J. Peterson & Sons Construction, Columbia Heights <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Mayor Pro Tem Ranallo and seconded by Councilmember Enrooth to grant temporary <br /> 3.2 beer permits for events to be held in Central Park to the following: <br /> Patricia Fagerlee, 3407 Croft Drive, for the Barna Guzy law firm picnic and softball <br /> tournament August 19th; <br /> Robert C. Davies, 3001 - 29th Avenue N.E. , for the Village Originals reunion September <br /> 7th; and. <br /> Lyle and Marion Studt, 77 Oakwood Drive, New Brighton (in School District #282) for <br /> • the Luckinger family picnic August 17th. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Ranallo, Enrooth, and Makowske. <br /> -Nay: Marks . <br />
