CITY OF ST _ ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> • NOVEMBER 10 , 1986 <br /> The meeting was opened at 7:30 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> Sundland. <br /> Present for roll call : Marks, Ranallo, Sundland, Enrooth, Makowske. <br /> Also present: David Childs, City Manager <br /> Doug Jones, Planning Commission Representative <br /> Steven Yurick, Arkell Development Project Manager <br /> Gary Tushie, Project Architect <br /> OCTOBER 28 , 1986 COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> Motion by Marks, seconded by Makowske to approve with the following changes: <br /> Page 6, para. 5: Correct typo "would", dine 1 . <br /> Page 7, para. 3: Correct typo "respond", line 6. <br /> Page 9, para. 5: Correct typo "process", line 1 . <br /> LICENSES <br /> Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth, to grant the following licenses as listed <br /> in the November 10, 1986 Council agenda packet: <br /> • Heating <br /> Viking Heating & Air Conditioning <br /> Modern Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. <br /> Wm. F. Ridler Plumbing & Heating <br /> Contractors <br /> Four Seasons Construction Company <br /> D & H Roofing, St. Paul <br /> Stanley Jorgenson Construction, Inc. ; Wyoming, MN <br /> Action Design Remodelers, St. Louis Park <br /> Don Knutson Remodeling., Champlin, MN <br /> Blue Line Construction Co. , North St. Paul <br /> Motion carrried unanimously. <br /> The Council accepted Commissi.oner Jones' suggestion that cigarette vending machines <br /> only be allowed in supervised areas. <br /> CLAIMS <br /> Motion by Marks, seconded by Makowske to approve payment of $3,126.64 to Bruce <br /> A. Liesch Associates, Inc. for consulting services through October 16, 1986 <br /> in conjunction with the City's law suit against the U.S_._ Army et al_ related <br /> to St. Anthony' s water contamination problems. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br />
