CITY OF ST . ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> NOVEMBER 25 , 1986 <br /> The meeting was opened at 7:30 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> Sundland. <br /> Present for roll call : Marks, Ranallo, Sundland, Enrooth, Makowske. <br /> Also present: David Childs, City Manager <br /> William Soth, City Attorney <br /> Steven Yurick, Arkell Development Project Manager <br /> Gary Tushie, Project Architect <br /> NOVEMBER 10 , 1986 COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> Motion by Marks, seconded by Ranallo to approve with the following changes: <br /> Page 5, para. 4: Insert "which" between "in" and "the" in line 1 . <br /> Page 7, para. 2: Correct typo "Council" in lines 2 and 3. <br /> LICENSES <br /> Motion by Marks, seconded by Ranallo to grant the following licenses as listed in <br /> the November 25, 1986 Council agenda packet: <br /> Heating <br /> • Loop Belden Porter, Inc. <br /> Contractors <br /> First General Services of St. Paul , Inc. , New Brighton, MN <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> CLAIMS <br /> Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Marks to approve payment of the following claims <br /> as listed in the November 25, 1986 Council agenda packet- <br /> * verified claims for October 31 , and for November 25, 1986; <br /> * $1 ,691 .85 to Briggs & Morgan for legal consultation services through October 31 , <br /> 1986, in conjunction with the City's law suit against the U.S. Army et al <br /> related to St. Anthony's water contamination problems; <br /> * $2,715. 10 to Rieke-Carroll-Muller Associates for preliminary plans for the <br /> proposed St. Anthony Boulevard Project east of the bridge to the City boundaries; <br /> * $26,951 .25 to Bituminous Roadways for services related to the St. Anthony <br /> Boulevard Reconstruction Project; <br /> * $28,155. 75 to Hennepin County for the City's participation in the reconstruction <br /> of County Road D (to be reimbursed with MSA funds) ; <br /> • * $1 ,825.00 to the Edward J. Hance law firm for prosecution services from <br /> October 2 through November 5, 1986. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br />
