The Council directs the City Manager <br /> to call a special Council meeting at the end of December if action at <br /> that time is considered imperative. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Engineer Presents Preliminary Traffic Study on Kenzie Terrace <br /> Glen Van Wormer of the Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, Inc. engineering <br /> firm discussed the above study his firm had been requested to do <br /> prior to the City undertaking a beautification program in that area. <br /> He reported the study had indicated no "life threatening" but rather <br /> a lot of little "nuisance conflicts" in the existing road and median <br /> configuration. <br /> • <br />
