ANTHONY, MINNESOTA <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Bulletin Redesignated as City' s Legal Newspaper for 1987 <br /> Councilmember Ranallo said he had concluded from the number of resident <br /> complaints he received that the City wasn't getting adequate news <br /> coverage on the type of matters, like new store openings, they wanted <br /> to know about. He said many of the homes in his area receive the <br /> Bulletin too late on many occasions for them to react to City actions. <br /> As a better means of communicating with the residents, the <br /> Councilmember said he would be interested in finding out just what it <br /> would cost to mail the "Newsletter" out on a monthly rather than a <br /> quarterly basis. <br /> • Councilmember Enrooth agreed this might be one way of informing the <br /> residents about happenings which the newspapers might not consider to <br />
