ANTHONY <br /> COUN C 2 L M=NUTS S <br /> • FEBRUARY 2 4 , 1 9 8 7 <br /> The meeting was opened at 7:30 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance led by <br /> Mayor Sundland. <br /> Present for roll call: Marks, Ranallo, Sundland, Enrooth, Makowske. <br /> Also present: William Soth, City Attorney <br /> Donald Hickerson, Police Chief <br /> FEBRUARY 10, 1987 COUNCIL MINUTES APPROVED <br /> Motion by Makowske, seconded by Sundland to approve the above with the <br /> following changes: <br /> Page 4, para. 1: Substitute "recommended information be made <br /> available through the AMM and that a pairing <br /> system be set up to help disseminate information" <br /> for "agreed the issue deserved further discussion. " <br /> Page 5, para. 6: Substitute "Hennepin Avenue United" for "Grace" , line <br /> 5. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS <br /> Before moving the licenses in the agenda packet, it was confirmed that <br /> Scarpelli' s is the trade name for Silver Lake Pasta in Apache Plaza. <br /> Councilmember Makowske indicated she had checked with City Manager Childs <br /> regarding the location of the cigarette machines and found that both were <br /> located where they could be easily supervised by the grocery store and <br /> restaurant owners. <br /> Council Action <br /> Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Enrooth to grant all the following <br /> licenses and permits as listed in the February 24th Council agenda <br /> packet: <br /> Rubbish Removal <br /> Keith Krupenny & Son (renewal) <br /> Cigarette <br /> Woodside Enterprises at Baker' s Square <br /> Red Owl Stores, Inc. , 2508-38th Avenue N.E. <br /> Bench <br /> • St. Anthony Self-Service Laundry <br /> Manor Wash & Dry <br />
