• -2- <br /> Mr. Tromiczak indicated this left him with a 10% differential <br /> between the $75,900 he had paid for his condo in 1985 and $68,000 <br /> to $69,000 three realtors had recently told him he could expect <br /> to get for that unit now. He said he was still in the same <br /> situation of "not being able to afford to sell his property or <br /> keep it either. " <br /> Councilmember Enrooth said he recognized that Mr. Tromiczak was <br /> in a "Catch 22 situation" but perceived there was nothing further <br /> the City could do except to suggest the property owner take his <br /> request for devaluation to the County Board of Equalization with <br />_ a fee paid appraisal to support his contention that the Assessors <br /> have over valued his property. Mr. Tromiczak said he was <br /> reluctant to be the first to incur the cost of an appraisal which <br /> would benefit all the rest of the condo owners in the office <br /> park. <br /> Council Action <br /> Motion by Marks, seconded by Makowske to accept the Hennepin <br /> County' s proposal to lower the 1987 values for 10 of the <br /> Northgate Office Park Condominiums to the values listed in the <br /> document provided by Hennepin County Assessor Tom Holmes at the <br /> iSt. Anthony Village Board of Review in the Council Chambers, <br /> April 28 , 1987.
