He indicated satisfaction with the Council action and <br /> 6 acceptance of the Manager' s report on the tape version of portion of the <br /> 7 Commission' s motion, which he had questioned. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 Council Action <br /> 10 <br /> 11 Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Makowske to approve the final plat and <br /> 12 grading plan included in the June 3 , 1987 Council agenda packet for <br /> 13 subdivision without platting for Gardena Heights, a four unit <br /> 14 subdivision located in the 3500 block between Silver Lake Road and <br /> 15 Belden Drive, contingent on: <br /> 16 <br /> 17 1. No building permits being issued until grading is completed in <br /> 18 substantial conformance with the grading plan ( substantial de- <br /> 19 fined as within 1-2 feet of final grade, except that within 5 <br /> 20 feet will be required at the northeast property line) ; <br /> 21 <br /> 22 2. Erosion control to be provided by silt fence or hay bales to City <br /> 23 standards; <br /> 24 <br /> 25 3 . The applicant acquiring necessary slope easements from adjacent <br /> 26 property owner on the northeast; <br /> `27 <br /> 28 4. Maximum of 3 to 1 slop on this property to include especially the <br /> 29 northeast adjacent property and Dr. Osterbauer' s property on the <br /> 30 southwest; <br /> 31 <br /> 32 5.
