Makowske <br /> 5 ( arrived at 7 : 34 P.M. ) . <br /> 6 Also present: David Childs , City Manager; William Soth, City Attorney; <br /> 7 and Larry Hamer, Public Works Director. <br /> 8 JULY 14 , 1987 COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> 9 Motion by Marks, seconded by Ranallo to approve the above with the <br /> 10 following changes: <br /> 3.1 Page 3 , line 14: Insert "St. Anthony Kiwanis" delegate "whose <br /> .12, attendance fees had been paid by that organi- <br /> 13 zation" as clarification before "the previous <br /> 14 week" . <br /> 05 Page 3 , line 37 : Insert "Decisions" after "Personnel" . <br /> 16 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 17 LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS <br /> 18 Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth to grant the following licenses as <br /> 19 listed in the July 28, 1987 Council agenda packet: <br /> 20 Heating <br /> 2.1 Gusk Heating and Air Conditioning <br /> 22 Contractors <br /> 23 James C. Miller, Minneapolis <br /> 24 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 25 CLAIMS <br /> 26 Motion by Marks, seconded by Ranallo to approve payment of all liquor <br /> 27 accounts payable listed for June 30 and July 14 in the July 28 , 1987 <br /> 28 Council agenda packet. <br /> •29 Motion carried unanimously. <br />
