Mr. Christopherson introduced Jim Roth, who he said was <br /> 30 the engineer who had done the major part of the legwork involved in the <br /> 31 report. <br /> 32 Mr. Christopherson summarized the study his firm had prepared which -the <br /> 03 Councilmembers had been provided previously. <br />
