• 1 Finance Director Johnson told Councilmember Marks because of its cost, <br /> 2 she was recommending this one time use of LOGIS to get the City into <br /> 3 the government information systems for participation in the new health <br /> 4 insurance consortium formed for that purpose after the County dropped <br /> 5 Physicians Health plan from its program. <br /> 6 Mr. Childs reported the background history of how the consortium had <br /> 7 been formed, indicating he agreed with Mrs. Johnson' s November 19th <br /> 8 memorandum recommending execution of the resolution and agreement for <br /> 9 membership in the new group.
