I . Signs) , St. Paul and to St. Paul Utilities , <br /> 16 Inc. , Hugo, MN, as presented in the December 8 , 1987 Council agenda <br /> 17 packet. <br /> 18 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 CLAIMS <br /> 20 Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth to approve payment of all liquor <br /> 21 accounts payable listed for November 20th in the December 8th Council <br /> 22 agenda as well as the 6 payments to Cindy Carpenter, which had been <br /> 23 tabled November 24th for further information from the City Manager <br /> 24 who had reported the payee was a disc jockey who, in addition to <br /> 25 playing records, had also been reimbursed for decorations and records <br /> 26 for the Stonehouse record sessions. The motion also approves payment <br /> 27 of all City accounts payable listed for December 8th in the agenda <br /> 28 packet of the same date. <br /> 29 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> • 1 <br />
