ANTHONY <br /> • C OUN C 2 L M 2 NUT E S <br /> DECEMBER 22 , 1 9 8 "7 <br /> 1 The meeting was opened at 5 : 00 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance led <br /> 2 by Mayor Sundland. <br /> 3 Present for roll call: Marks, Ranallo, Sundland, Makowske (arrived <br /> 4 at 5 : 01 P.M. ) Enrooth (arrived at 5 : 13 P.M. ) . <br /> 5 DECEMBER 8 , 1987 COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> 6 Motion by Marks, seconded by Ranallo to approve as submitted. <br /> 7 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 8 Councilmember Makowske arrived after the above vote had been taken and <br /> 9 later in the meeting suggested the following changes in the minutes to <br /> 10 reflect the fact that the Mayor had never actually voted one way or <br /> 11 another on the pull tabs issue and also felt "the rest of you voted as <br /> 12 you thought the community would want you to vote. " <br /> 13 Page 18 , line 26: Strike "three" and make "other" plural. <br /> 1014 Mayor Sundland indicated he perceived his comments in lines 35 through <br /> 15 37 had clearly indicated his intent in- the matter. <br /> 16 LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS <br /> 17 Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Makowske to grant heating licenses to <br /> 18 the following as listed in the December 22nd Council agenda packet: <br /> 19 Preferred Mechanical Services, Inc. , Minneapolis <br /> 20 Midland Heating and Air Conditioning, Richfield <br /> 21 Bowler Company, Minneapolis <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 CLAIMS <br /> 24 TABLED FULLERTON BILL PAID <br /> 25 Before a vote on the claims listed in the agenda packet was taken, Mr. <br /> 26 Childs reported on the construction progress on the Stonehouse liquor <br /> 27 warehouse addition for which payment to the Fullerton Lumber Company <br /> 28 had been tabled December 8th.
