VanderHeyden indicated the plaque had been given to the City during <br /> 31 the annual recycling luncheon sponsored by Hennepin County, April 19th. <br /> 32 She said the City had been honored for recycling 13% of its wastes. <br /> 33 The Assistant. to the City Manager indicated the Minnesota Pollution <br /> 34 Control Agency and the City had not completed the final draft of the <br /> 35 agreement concerning the permanent carbon filtration facility. <br /> 15 <br />
