The meeting had been preceded by the <br /> 7 Board of Review Continuation Meeting at 6:30 P.M. followed by a Council <br /> 8 Executive Session. <br /> 9 ROLL CALL <br /> 10 Present: Marks, Sundland, Enrooth, Makowske. <br /> 11 Absent: Ranallo. <br /> 12 Also present: David Childs, City Manager <br /> 13 Sue VanderHeyden, Assistant to the City Manager <br /> 14 APRIL 11, 1989 COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> 15 Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth to approve with the following <br /> 16 change: <br /> 0 Page 1, line 17: Capitalize "April". <br /> 18 Notion parried, WMimously. <br /> 19 APRIL 11,_1289 gXECUTIVE SESSION COUNCIL NIHMS <br /> 20 Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth to approve as submitted. <br /> 21 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 22 The April 11th Board of Review Minutes were laid over for clarification <br /> 23 of Mr. Child's statement on Page 4. <br /> 24 LICENSESaMMITS/PBTI-TIONS <br /> 25 Motion by Marks, seconded by Makowske to grant the following licenses <br /> 26 as listed in the April 25, 1989 Council agenda packet: <br /> 27 Cigarette <br /> 28 Dave's St. Anthony Mobil (renewal). <br /> 29 Contractors <br /> 30 Midway Sign Co. , Inc. , St. Paul, MN <br /> ® Barkley Construction, Minneapolis, MN <br /> r Asphalt Specialties Co. , Lakeland, MN <br />
