7 <br /> • <br /> Council Member Makowske received an item in the mail called <br /> the "St Anthony Homeowner ' s Questionnaire, " and asked whether <br /> any of the other Council Members had received it. The <br /> questionnaire appeared to have been sent by the City of <br /> Minneapolis offering energy audits and radon testing under <br /> the "Operating Insulation Program. " <br /> TENNIS COURT LIGHTING <br /> The City Council addressed the concerns of a St . Anthony <br /> resident who wrote a letter to Larry Hamer, Director of <br /> Public Works , asking fora limit on the hours that the City ' s <br /> tennis courts are lighted. Acting City Manager VanderHeyden <br /> informed the Council that a timer would be used to turn the <br /> lights off and that the timer would have to be set for the <br /> same time each night.
