" <br /> 7 Substitute "the anticipated abstention of one member <br /> 18 present" for "one abstention." <br /> 19 Page 10, para. 6: Substitute "the Council" for "Council Member" . <br /> 20 May 30, 1989 Special Council Meeting Minutes <br /> 21 Page 3, para. 2: Substitute "the" for "that" . <br /> 22 Page 5, para. 3: Substitute "ensued" for "was had." <br /> 23 Page 6, para. 7: Substitute "subsidize" for "subsudize.
