1 Prospective unit purchasers, A. G. and Marie Rumpza along with several •2 other unidentified persons were present for the discussions. Mrs. 3 Rumpza indicated she and her husband had sold their home in St. Anthony 4 in anticipation of moving into one of these townhomes; moved to New 5 Brighton; and were looking forward to living in St. Anthony again. 6 The following actions could now be taken since a Redevelopment Agreement 7 for the project was ready for execution. 8 Zoning Change Ordinance 9 Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth to approve the third reading and 10 adopt the ordinance which amends the City Zoning Map to change the use 11 district for the project property from R-1, single family residential 12 to R-3 , townhouse residential. 13 ORDINANCE 1988-005 14 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY ZONING MAP 15 Motion carried unanimously. 16 Redevelopment Plan for Tax Increment Financing 17 Motion by Marks, seconded by Makowske to adopt Resolution 89-026 , 18approving the Redevelopment Plan and Tax Increment Plan for the 09 Evergreen Townhome Project. 20 RESOLUTION 89-026 21 A RESOLUTION APPROVING REDEVELOPMENT 22 PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA NO. 2 , RAMSEY COUNTY 23 AND THE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT TO BE UNDERTAKEN PURSUANT THERETO 24 AND TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING 25 DISTRICT NO. 2, RAMSEY COUNTY, AND MAKING 26 FINDINGS WITH RESPECT THERETO 27 Motion carried unanimously. 28 Transfer of City Owned Parcel 29 Motion by Enrooth, seconded by Marks to adopt Resolution 89-027, 30 transferring City owned land to the St. Anthony Housing Authority for 31 subsequent transfer to the developer for part of the Evergreen Townhome 32 Project. 33 RESOLUTION 89-027 34 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF LAND 35 FROM THE CITY OF ST.
