City Attorney <br /> 19 Ted Brownell , Planning Commissioner <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Mavor Pro Tem Ranallo announced to those riatbar. ed for the <br /> 22 public hearing that , although notice was published in the <br /> 23 November 20th edition of the Minneapolis Star and Tribune : <br /> • 24 it was erroneously published in the Variety section rather <br /> 25 than in the Communitv section . The notice therefore has <br /> 26 been republished and the formal hearing will be held as hart <br /> 27 of the December 12th Citv Council meeting. He invited those <br /> 28 present to participate in an informal discussion of the <br /> 29 issues ; stating that their comments would be duly recorded <br /> 30 for the December 12th meeting in the event they Twere unable <br /> 31 to attend that meeting . <br /> 32 <br /> 33 <br /> 34 APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 14 . 1.989 COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Motion by Marks , seconded by Makowske : to approve the <br /> 37 minutes of the November 14 , 1989 City Council minutes with <br /> 38 the following corrections : <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Page 1 ; line 16 : Add "non Hickerson : Police Chief . " <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Page 2 : line 39 : Add "arid liquor operations" after <br /> 43 "state_m..ents . " <br /> 44- <br /> J-5 <br /> 445 Page 3 , lines 22 through 24 : Delete the sentence "She <br /> 46 noted . . . on the agenda .
