Phil Oswald of 3204 Croft Drive <br /> 30 spoke in his own defense regarding complaints of. Bernhard <br /> 31 Preussner, 3209 Skycroft Drive, alleging that his dog is a <br /> 32 nuisance . <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Mr . Oswald stated that while he was in the process of <br /> 35 building an outdoor kennel for their dog his dog was left <br /> 35 outside and did bark , but that he and his wife were not <br /> 37 aware that the dog was barking because they were at work. <br /> 38 Mr . Oswald related that he had arrived home from work one <br /> 39 day to discover Mr . Preussner yelling at the dog to be <br /> 40 quiet . Mr . Preussner yelled at Mr. Oswald on two occasions <br /> 41 on that same day regarding the dog, swore at him once, and <br /> 42 threatened to silence the dog with a shotgun once. <br /> 43 <br /> 4.4 Mr .
