CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> R Mayor Ranallo called the Council meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. and the <br /> 9 Pledge of Allegiance was led by members of Boy Scout Troup #153. <br /> 10 2. PRESENTATION AF APPRECIATION CERTIFICATE <br /> !8 <br /> 19 Mayor Ranallo presented Ron Hansen a Certificate of Appreciation in <br /> 20 <br /> 21 recognition of his six years of dedicated service as a Commissioner <br /> 22 of the Planning Commission. <br /> �3 3. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 8, 1991 COUNCIL AGENDA <br /> 24 <br /> • 25 <br /> 26 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the agenda for the January 27 8, 1991 Regular Council Meeting as presented. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Motioncarried unanimously <br /> 30 4. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 18, 1990 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the minutes of the December <br /> 33 18, 1990 Council Meeting with the following corrections: <br /> 34 <br /> 35 page 1, line 43.: Correct "Dorothy" to "Audrey" <br /> 36 page 1, line 47: Correct the spelling of the last name of the first place <br /> 37 winner of the Holiday Lighting Contest to "Czupryna" <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 40 <br /> 4 1 Mayor Ranallo noted that the St. Anthony Bulletin had incorrectly reported <br /> 47- <br /> 43 the prizes for the Holiday Lighting Contest were given by the City Council. <br /> 44 He stated no tax dollars were used for this activity, but rather the prizes <br /> LS came from the St. Anthony Chamber of Commerce who sponsored the contest. <br /> 46 5.
