The City Manager felt some of the reserve from <br /> the Construction Fund could be considered. The Mayor noted that this <br /> 4 is not being considered as an assessable project. <br /> 5 <br /> The Mayor recalled that about seventeen or eighteen years ago a pipe <br /> 7 was installed on 29th Avenue which was to solve all of the water <br /> R problems being experienced. This pipe installation did not solve <br /> 9 the problems. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 Many locations were -considered for holding pond installations but none <br /> 12 of them were large enough and many of them would have to be emptied <br /> 13 by pumping to remain effective. <br /> i4 <br /> 15 The model can be prepared in ninety days. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to allocate up to $25,400, minus <br /> 18 any Hennepin County contribution, from a source to be designated, <br /> 19 to carry out the model project and the study. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 22 <br /> 23 The property owner at 2709 St. Anthony Boulevard inquired what she could <br /> 24 do to install sidewalks on her property. She was advised to contact the <br /> 25 Public Works Director. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 11 .
