APPROVAL OF APRIL 9, 1991_ . COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the minutes of the April <br /> 30 9, 1991 Council Meeting with the following corrections : <br /> 31 <br /> 32 page 6, lines 34 b 35: Delete the words "creating a topography map" <br /> 33 and "both" and insert the word "analysis'' <br /> 34 and delete "and District #/7" <br /> 35 page 7, line 3: Add before "Construction" the word "Road" and add to <br /> 36 the end of the line the word "study" <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 39 <br /> 40 <br /> 41 -Request for Permission to Sell Onions <br /> 42 Councilmember Wagner is requesting permission for the Shriners to sell <br /> 43 Vandalia onions on May 4th in the City.
