ROLL CALL I M 15 Council Present: Mayor Ranallo, Councilmembers Enrooth, Marks, Fleming 15 and Wagner 17 17 Staff Present: City Manager Tom Burt, City Attorney Bill Soth and Maria- 19 gement Assistant David Urbia 20 21 3 APPROVAL OF COUNCIL AGENDA FOR JUNE 25, 1991 22 23 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the agenda for the June 24 25, 1991 Council meeting with the following additions: 25 Discussion regarding assessments for Chandler Drive • 26 Work Session to be included in City Manager' s Report 27 26 Motion carried unanimously 29 30 4 APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES FOR COUNCIL MEETINGS OF MAY 28, 1991 AND 31 JUNE 4, 1991 32 33 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the minutes of the May 34 28, 1991 regular Council Meeting with the following corrections: 35 35 page 3, line 41 : Delete "setback" and replace with "lot width" 37 page 4., line 17: Delete "setback" and replace with "lot width" 38 page 4, line 18: Delete "setback" and replace with "lot width" 39 page 4, line 32: Delete "setback" and replace with "lot width" 40 page 7, line 14: Remove the word "temporary" and replace the line so 42 it reads as follows: ", . , that the permit for a temporary gravel sur- 43 facing was allowed but the gravel surface on the parking lot was not J-3 put down and the time period elapsed."
