Resolution No. 91-041 ; Re: Award Bid for Chandler Drive <br /> 10 Street Improvements <br /> 11 <br /> 12 The City Manager felt the low bid received was a good <br /> 13 bid. He mentioned ,he had hoped to include the sidewalk <br /> 14 project on Kenzie Terrace in this bid but more <br /> 15 information was needed on the bid bonds as this was a <br /> 16 C.D.B.G. project . <br /> 17 <br /> 18 The sharp curve on Chandler Drive will be removed from <br /> 19 the street . The project will be started soon. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Motion by Wagner, second by Enrooth to approve Resolution <br /> 22 No. 91-041 being a resolution accepting bid in the matter <br /> 23 of Chandler Drive concrete pavement rehabilitation. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 26 <br /> Mayor Ranalla reminded everyone of the post Village Fest Volunteer <br /> 29 party at his home on Friday, September 6th. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 The Mayor witnessed a response to a call made by a St . Anthony <br /> 32 Police reserve for assistance at Apache Plaza Shopping Center. He <br /> 33 felt this reserve should have some recognition because of his quick <br /> 34 action, drugs and possible drug dealers were apprehended. The City <br /> 35 Manager noted that the matter is still under investigation. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 11 .
