REPORTS <br /> 37 <br /> 38 A. Planning Commission Report - November 19, 1991 Meeting <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Commissioner Jerry Faust was at the meeting representing <br /> 41 the Planning Commission. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 He stated that the minutes in the agenda packet of the <br /> 44 November 19, 1991 Planning Commission accurately <br /> 45 reflected the proceedings of that meeting. <br /> 46 <br /> 47 1. Sign Variance - J. C. Penney, Apache Plaza <br /> 48 <br /> 49 J. C. Penney is requesting a sign variance to add their <br /> 50 company name to the Apache Plaza Shopping Center pylon <br /> 5 sign with the Herberger name. The sign had been erected <br /> in 1987 at which time the C. G. Rein Company, the firm <br /> 53 which manages Apache Plaza, had stipulated that no other <br /> 54 tenant names would be added to the sign until Herberger's <br />
