CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> 10 <br /> 11 The Council Meeting was called to order at 7: 30 p.m. and' the <br /> 12 Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Ranallo. <br /> .13. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 2 . ROLL CALL <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Council Present : Mayor Ranallo, Councilmembers Enrooth, <br /> 18 Marks , Fleming and Wagner <br /> 19 <br /> 20' Staff Present : City Manager Burt and Management ' Assistant <br /> 21 Urbia <br /> 22 <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Mayor Ranallo requested that anyone seated in the audience who <br /> 25 chooses to make comments or ask questions step to the podium. <br /> 26 He noted that at prior meetings, comments were made from the <br /> •27 audience. This practice was disruptive to the proceedings of <br /> 28 the meeting and were difficult to record. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 3. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 14 , 1992 COUNCIL AGENDA <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Motion by Marks , second by Fleming to approve the agenda as <br /> 34 presented for the January 14 , 1992 Council Meeting with the <br /> 35 deletion of 8-B-2, "Draft from Minnesota Pollution Control <br /> 36 Agency of Proposed Contract Amendment for City to Purchase a <br /> 37 Generator. " <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 40 <br /> 41 <br /> 42 <br /> 43 4 . APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 10 , 1991 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Motion by Marks , second by Enrooth to approve the minutes of <br /> 46 the December 10 , 1991 Council Meeting with the following <br /> 47 corrections: <br /> 48 <br /> 49 Page 4 , Lines 27 & 28 : Insert before the word "comprehensive" <br /> 50 the word "revised" and change "St . Anthony" to "Apache Plaza" <br /> 51 <br /> 52 <br /> •53 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 54 <br /> 55 <br /> 56 <br />
