Anthony. The ordinance will <br /> 12 prohibit placing more than thirty-five amusement devices <br /> 13 in one location. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 The City Manager was requested to contact the City <br /> 16 Attorney regarding the impact this ordinance may have at <br /> 17 Apache Plaza. It was noted that the shopping center has <br /> 18 its own security and that City police are not free to go <br /> 19 into the shopping area unless requested by the managment . <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Motion by Marks , second by Enrooth to approve the first <br /> 22 reading of Ordinance No. 1992-001 being an ordinance <br /> 23 relating to licenses for amusement devices; amending <br /> 24 Section 401 : 00 to limit the number of licenses at any one <br /> 25 establishment ; and amending Section 401 : 00 to add new <br /> 26 sections 401 : 15 and 401 : 20 . <br /> 0-7 <br /> g Motion carried unanimously <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 9. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Winter Maintenance Policy <br /> 34 <br /> 35 The City Manager advised the Council that he and the Public . <br /> 36 Works Director are presently drafting a winter maintenance <br /> 37 policy. This policy will address snow removal from sidewalks <br /> 38 among other items . <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Public Hearina - Re: Water Clean Up <br /> 41 <br /> 42 On Wednesday, February 12th there will be a pubilc hearing <br /> 43 held at the Shoreview City Hall . The purpose of this hearing <br /> 44 is to present testimony regarding water clean up for bodies of <br /> 45 water located in the Rice Creek Watershed District . <br /> . 46 <br /> 47 The City Manager will present the City' s case regarding the <br /> 48 status of the water quality in Silver Lake. He will be <br /> 49 suggesting that the Watershed District be responsible for the <br /> 50 costs associated with this clean up project . , <br /> 51 <br /> 52 <br /> 4 <br />
