" <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Motion carried unanimously <br /> ,4!8 <br /> 9 Mayor Rana l l o introduced a visitor from Hungary who is a house <br /> 30 guest of his family. She is attending. the Council Meeting to <br /> 31 view City government " in action. " <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Recoanition Award <br /> -34 <br /> 35 The Mayor presented a plaque to Ted Brownell in- recognition of . <br /> 36 his four years of service to the City as a member of the <br /> 37 City' s Planning Commission. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Brownell noted he is moving out of the City, but has enjoyed <br /> 40 his -participation on the Planning Commission. Mayor Ranallo <br /> 41 thanked him for his community service ,and the expertise he <br /> 42 brought to the Commission.' <br /> 43 <br /> 44 5.
